My friend was complaining the other day about stress. And to be honest, he looked stressed.

He is a big guy but he was walking bent over. He said he was having trouble with his neck and couldn’t hold his head up. His doctor thought it was stress.

I’m not sure how stress makes it hard to hold your head up—but a medical professional I am not.
